About
A 2000s revival of late-1970s and early-1980s disco, Italo and boogie — live-feel basslines, string stabs and warm analog synths at house tempo. Labels DFA, Eskimo and Permanent Vacation and artists including Lindstrøm, Todd Terje, Aeroplane and the Knocks defined it.
